Slowly flowing water, enjoy the peace and relax. This is what you will experience on this round trip (approx. 1.5 hours) through Kauper Castle. Drive through the inhabited lagoon landscape, past old farms and thatched Spreewald houses. Afterwards, your buffet awaits you in the heated marquee:

• Pumpkin cream soup with blueberries and roasted pumpkin seeds.
• Tender duck leg in plum-red wine jus apple-blue cabbage potato dumplings
• Boiled catfish filet rolls with Dijon mustard sauce Savoy cabbage-pear vegetables Herb potatoes
