There is always time for walks and hikes through the forest. And do you sometimes ask yourself, how can I actually WALK and RUN without tension in my back, without heavy feet and even arrive with a lighter body feeling than when I started walking? Then you are right, it is about arriving in nature, coming to rest, enjoying and perceiving silence. We will walk briskly and leisurely, free of thoughts and exploring the body, uphill and downhill, do yoga and Cantienica® exercises and finally end up back at the starting point a lot lighter and more upright.
- 3 hours program of yoga and mindfulness in nature at silent places
- Guidance by trained Yoga and Cantienica® teacher
