The wintry excursion starts at the pension "Zum Schlangenkönig". With delicious mulled wine, snuggled up in a blanket, your mulled wine boat trip starts through the snow-covered scattered settlement of Burg-Kauper. Sunbeams reflect on the snow cover, snowed-in thatched roof houses and animal tracks in the snow want to be discovered. After this 1.5-hour punt ride you will be welcomed by the blazing fireplace in a pleasant atmosphere in the guest room of the pension.
The punt rides are offered mainly in German language. Trips in English are possible after prior consultation with us. It is possible for people with limited mobility to take part in the punt ride. However, please coordinate this with us in good time before the start of the punt trip.

with winter barbecue buffet (includes pork steak, turkey meat, herb sausage as well as cold ingredients - potato salad, breads, a cheese platter, herb curd cheese with jacket potatoes, seasonal salads, fresh table fruit and a pot of lard)

with rustic Spreewald buffet (includes mustard cucumber soup, Spreewälder Tiegelwurst, crusted roast, sauerkraut, jacket potatoes as well as cold components - fresh minced pork with onions, cheese variations, herb curd with linseed oil, Spreewälder cucumber selection, mixed farmer's salad, lard with fresh bread and fresh table fruit)
