According to § 2 BbgBITV, web presences and apps are assumed to be accessible if the requirements of the harmonised European Standard (EN) 301 549 (in the current version) are met. EN 301 549 refers to the requirements of the international standard of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) with conformance levels A and AA.
